A shared vocabulary, applied by hand. Tags are staff information and are never derived from game data. Officers at R4 and above attach them from a player’s profile; adding and removing the words themselves is admin only.

Keep labels short: they render beside member names

Colour is decorative. Every tag renders its label, so a tag stays readable in monochrome and for colour-blind staff.
